This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.5186 of 2024, dated 04.04.2024 has not been complied with.

2.Today(29.11.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that on the steps taken by the respondent police, the accused in STC No.87 of 2022, which was registered under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, has voluntarily surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Theni and the learned Magistrate has recalled the Non Bailable Warrant issued as against the accused person, thereby, the order of this Court has been complied with. 2/4
