ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in crime No. 112 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the petitioner is said to have poured the Kerosine and set fire on the deceased and even though earlier the petitioner was released on bail, second time the petitioner has not attended the case and therefore, upon issue of NBW the petitioner was arrested and the case is not yet proceeding further only because the petitioner being absent periodically and the case is of the year 2020, for the present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
