2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent submits the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin in the month of February 2023 and the same was forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Tuticorin for enquiry on 03.02.2023. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the District Crime Branch, Tuticorin has conducted an enquiry in Current Paper in P4/38/DCB/TUT/2023 and closed the same on 17.02.2023.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint of this petitioner has been acted upon, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 15.07.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vrn 2/4
