ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioners. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the above said suit was filed in the year 2016 for partition between the parties and the same is pending since the respondents 1 to 3 have filed I.A.No.293 of 2023. He further submitted that only to drag on the suit, the said I.A. was filed by the respondents 1 to 3 and the same is also still pending. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2016 pending on his file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
