ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 11.10.2023 seeking to call for the records in Spl.SC.No.43 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Madurai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Madurai after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioner in Spl.SC.No.43 of 2019, on 14.11.2024, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
