When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the petitioner has remained ex parte in S.M.O.P.No.1245 of 2024 before the Family Court, Madurai. Further, Page No 1 of 3

they submitted that the petitioner has not taken any steps till date to set aside the ex parte order passed against her.

2. Hence, this Court, being left with no other option, is inclined to dismiss this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary, after setting aside the ex parte order passed in S.M.O.P.No.1245 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.
