ORDER

The petitioners / A1 & A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.124 of 2021, have filed this application seeking anticipatory bail.

2.It appears that this is the third petition filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are having three previous cases to their credit. Considering their antecedents, the earlier applications filed by them seeking anticipatory bail were dismissed by this Court.

Crl.OP(MD)No.21271 of 2022 3.Without any change in circumstances, the petitioners have moved the present application. Therefore, this petition stands dismissed.
