This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 25.11.2019

2. There is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 9 in respect of plot situated in S.No.13/1 registered vide document No. 539 of 2016.

3. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
