PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition U/s.482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the C.C.No.129 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and quash the same as against these petitioners ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04/07/2023 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the Pricipal District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari @ Nagercoil, vide his the Letter in D.No.4921/2025.S.C., dated:05.06.2025, and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.292 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District and Session Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil. 2.The learned Principal District and Session Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, has sent a letter in D.No.4921/2025 dated 05.06.2025, requesting extension of further 1/3

time to dispose of S.C.No.292 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.07.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.292 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
