ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.136 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on 02.09.2022 and 20.10.2022, stating that there are grievous injury on the head of the injured person and he is still in coma stage. Now, the third petition has been filed on the ground that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced the wound certificate and submitted that injured person still is suffering the injury and the case is altered to 307 of IPC.
4. Even though the said occurrence have been taken place on 29.07.2022 at about 10.00 a.m., after prolonged treatment, now the injured is discharged from the hospital and now under recovery process.

CRL OP(MD). No.21048 of 2022 5.Considering the serious nature of offences, the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail and hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
