Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1061/A1/2019 dated 18.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the respondents from deducting any amount from the petitioner's pension.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the recovery order passed on 18.10.2019 in the present writ petition.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that on 09.12.2019, the second respondent had recalled the impugned recovery order dated 18.10.2019 and has also credited the recovered amount to the petitioner's savings account. As such no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition. If at all the petitioner is of the view that the entire recovery amount has not been credited to his account, it is open to him to challenge the same in a manner known to law.
