ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the R2 and R3 not to interfere into a civil dispute between the petitioners and R4 in respect of the property in S.No.37/1A situated at Chettikulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry is conducted. During the course of enquiry, the petitioners undertook to produce the documents pertaining to the disputed property. Later, failed to do so. The enquiry is still pending for want of documents.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid enquiry within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The petitioners are directed to co-operate with 2/4

the enquiry and produce all the available documents pertaining to the disputed property before the Investigating Agency.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
