This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14344 of 2023, dated 07.08.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the First working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 am., until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
