2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the second and third respondents to conclude the subject mentioned preliminary enquiry and file a report.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the report has already been submitted to the Head of the Department namely the second respondent and the second respondent would require maximum of twelve weeks to scrutinize the report and take a call regarding further action.

4.The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is recorded. I make it clear that the second respondent should not ask for any further extension of time. 5.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is disposed of.
