bearing No.4802, situated in building No.14/81-2, Puthuveetu Villai, Kuzhikode, Kottamavu, Kanyakumari District or any other place in and around Puthuvettu Villai, Kottamavu Village, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent (TASMAC) submits that the proposal for reopening the TASMAC shop itself is dropped and hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
