ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court, Tirunelveli, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.483/2023 on the file of the 1st and 2nd respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it is a case and counter case and the counter case has been registered in Crime No.490 of 2023 on the file of the respondents Police. Further, two previous cases are pending against the petitioner, among which, one is offence under Section 302 IPC.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and the bad antecedent, the petitioner is not entitled for any direction. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.10.2023 NCC :
