The civil revision petition is filed for a direction to the learned the Judge, Family Court to dispose of IDOP.No. 34 of 2018 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed a petition in IDOP.No.34 of 2018 seeking to dissolve the marriage solemnised between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner's side 1/4

evidence is completed. Now the case is posted for cross of PW2 by the respondent wife. However according to the petitioner, she is purposefully getting adjournment periodically without cross examining PW.2. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this court for a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the said petition. 3.The above petition was filed in the year 2018 and the petitioner's side evidence is over and it is at the stage of cross examination of PW2. However the petitioner claims that the respondent is not cross examining the witnesses and dragging on the proceeding purposefully.

4.In view of the above, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in IDOP.No.34 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 04.01.2023 dsk 2/4
