(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection in allowing this petition. Though notice sent to the third respondent, none has entered appearance.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondents 1 and 2 have not raised any objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
