ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 22.05.2024 in W.P(MD)No.11350 of 2024 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court by order dated 22.05.2024, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 15.09.2023 and 04.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders. He would further submit that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and the same was rejected vide 2/4

proceedings, dated 20.11.2024.
