ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the implementation of the order made in W.P(MD)No.22535 of 2019, dated 25.10.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/Contemnor, on instructions, would submit that the order made in the above Writ Petition is complied and as such no contempt is made out. 4.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
