The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to reimburse the medical claim of the petitioner pursuant to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in RC No.010339/NHIS-1/2023, dated 28.04.2023 and petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the medical claim as requested by the petitioner has already been paid. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
