: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Tender Notification passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/712/2019, dated 12.11.2019 and the consequential Notification passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.712/2019, dated 26.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the third respondent to issue fresh tender notification as per the due process of law within the time stipulated by this Court.

************* The Petitioner has invoked the Writ Jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to challenge the Tender Notification issued by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/712/2019, dated 12.11.2019 and the consequential Notification issued by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.712/2019, dated 26.11.2019.

W.P(MD)NO.25649 OF 2019 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the tender proceedings was continued conducted and the work order has also been awarded to the highest bidder, who had also commenced the work. Hence, the Writ Petition automatically becomes infructuous.

4.Recording the above-said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
