This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.ii imposed upon the petitioners by the Principal Sessions Court, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.4296 of 2022, dated 10.11.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4296 of 2022, dated 10.11.2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Theni, is modified to the effect that 'the petitioners shall report before the Periyakulam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders'.
