Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner apprehends that on the petition mentioned patta land belonging to him, road will be laid.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents categorically clarified and submitted that on the petition mentioned land, no road will be laid. 2/4
