ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Bill Clerk working in the respondent Corporation seeking to expedite the departmental enquiry.
2. It could be seen from the records that the writ petitioner has been issued with charge memo on 19.02.2019 and 16.08.2029, for which the writ petitioner has already submitted his explanation. By proceedings, dated 17.08.2023, Enquiry Officer has been appointed.
3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent authorities are directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of three
(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
