ORDER

The minor girl, who eloped with one Mariappan, has returned back to her home and has joined the petitioner/her father. The said Mariappan has been booked under POCSO Act and remanded to judicial custody.

2. Today, the minor girl and her parents are present before this Court. On enquiry, this Court finds that the minor girl has joined her parents and according to her wish, now she is living with them. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
