Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SRIKANTH, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAY GANDHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13491 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.411 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13491 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.411 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court 2/3

once in three months (i.e) on first working day of January, April, July, October at 10.30 a .m., until further orders.
