ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.69 of 2011, dated 25.04.2011 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same against this petitioner alone.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, a case in Crime No.69 of 2021 is registered for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 366(A), 506(ii) IPC.

3. Perusal of CD file shows that the victim girl appeared before the Investigation Officer and gave details of the occurrence. She also gave a statement on 07.01.2023, that she was harassed by her own parents compelling to get marry with some other boy. So on the alleged date of occurrence, she voluntarily left the parental home and went along with the accused person.

4. In view of the above said development, let the above said First Information Report in Crime No.69 of 2011 be closed by the Investigation Officer.

5. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. If any necessity arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the application.

6. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.11.2023 NCC :
