Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 14801/ 2022 :

To modify the earlier conditions of appearing before the 1st respondent herein to a condition of appearing before the Thiruverumbur all Women Police Station, Trichy for complying with the other conditions passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.1383 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAN S, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition as 'appear before the Thiruverumbur All Women Police Station, Trichy' instead of 'appear before the respondent police' in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1383 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 and extend the time limit.

2.This Court by an order dated 01.11.2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition 'appear before the respondent police'.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners 1&2 are senior citizens and the third petitioner delivered a baby very recently. Hence, he seeks above said modification. 4.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners 'appear before the respondent police' is modified to the effect that 'appear before the Thiruverumbur All Women Police Station, Trichy'. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered. Two weeks time extended for furnishing sureties. 5.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
