MARIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and the respondents not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 348 days in filing the above Crl.R.C(MD)SR.No.36244 of 2019 against the C.C.No.103 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, dated 14.09.2018.

2.Mr.K.Marimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11081 of 2019 petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
