O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed against the FIR in Crime No.352 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam South Police Station, Virudhunagar District.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after the investigation, the complaint has been closed as mistake of fact. Notice was also sent to the defacto complainant through RPAD. The copy is also produced. The matter has become infructuous. The second respondent can workout his remedy if he is aggrieved by the closure report through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court.
3.With the above liberty this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
