The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 138 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 138 of 2013 has been completed and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No. 54 of 2019 .

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
