This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.94 of 2023, dated 27.02.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appearing for the State. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that C.S.R.No.94 of 2023 was not properly enquired. Without proper enquiry, it was closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and the private respondents gave statement that they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil process. On that ground it was closed.
4.It appears that there was oral sale agreement between the parties. Pursuant to that agreement, some money and jewels have been given to the vendor. It is purely civil dispute. The parties have to workout their remedy only before the civil forum. This Court cannot grant any relief at this stage.
