ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.317 of 2022 dated 03.09.2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, the respondent police has filed final report before the jurisdictional Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition challenging the charge sheet filed by the respondent police, if so advised. 2/4
