ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the respondent No.2 to secure the petitioner son Namely Vignish son Saravanan aged about 21 years old and handover to the petitioner based on the petitioner representation 26.11.2019, subsequent online complaint in RAM19115277 dated 29.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on a complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 212 of 2019 has been registered by the second respondent police under the caption 'Man Missing'. He would further submit that during the course of enquiry it transpired that the petitioner's son had eloped with one Loshini D/o. Kirushnan and based on a complaint given by Kirushnan, the father of Loshini a case in Crime No.212 of 2019 has been registered by the Paramakudi Town Police station under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 18095 of 2019 the caption 'women missing'. He would further submit that, since it is a case of elopement the respondent police are taking steps to find out the whereabouts of them.

4. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The respondents are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
