dismiss the petition as against A2 and A7, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to not press this petition as against A2 and A7 and has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed in so far as the petitioners 2 and 7.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is allowed in so far as the petitioners 1, 3 to 6 and the condition already imposed on them is fully relaxed.
