Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the property under dispute is purchased by him from the original owner by the sale deed dated 17.05.2023, trouble has been created by the private respondents without any rival title or right. So, he made a complaint, over which, he filed Caveat Petition before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilaiyankudi in Caveat Petition No.11 of 2023. On the basis of the above said complaint / representation that is made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. The private respondents gave statement that they will not claim any title over the property and they will workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, that was also accepted by this petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the above said undertaking given by the both sides, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.
