ORDER

Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice is dispensed with.

2.All that the petitioners want is disposal of their revision petition filed before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the revision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the parties concerned. It is open to him to pass orders one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
