ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Store Custodian working in the respondent Corporation. The writ petitioner has suffered an order on 15.04.2023 wherein he was imposed with a punishment of stoppage of increment for 2 years. The writ petitioner has filed an appeal to the 1st respondent herein on 18.07.2023. Further, he has submitted additional grounds of appeal on 06.09.2023. So far, the appeal has not been disposed off.

2. Considering the fact that the appeal has been filed very recently, 1st respondent or any officer authorized by him shall dispose off the appeal, dated 18.07.2023 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
