ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Learned Special Judge for the exclusive trial of POCSO Cases, Sivagangai District to take the case on file in filing number in Spl.S.C.No.939 of 2022 (CNR Number TNSVI7000009392022).

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person namely Balamurugan and others said to have damaged the petitioner's house property and caused injuries to her and molested her and her minor daughter.

3.On 18.10.2023, after hearing both side counsels, this Court called a report from the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Sivagangai, as to the stage of the final report that has been presented by the respondent.

4.Today, report has been received from the concerned Court, wherein, it is stated that the C.N.R.No.TNSV1700009392022 is only filing number and the final report has not been taken on file due to some defects.

5.In view of the said development, the respondent is directed to rectify the defects. After rectifying the defects, the case will be taken on file. Let the above said process be completed as per rules. 6.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
