O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz., original sale deed in Document No.2079/1994 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Aranthangi, and its original parental documents etc, by considering the petitioner's representation.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deeds Document No.2079/1994, which is situated in Survey No.78/12 at Silatur Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication on 30.08.2023 with regard to the missing of original documents.
4. Considering the above, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited 2/4
for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
