This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in C.C.No.119 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to any other Court having competent jurisdiction to try the same in Madurai City.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C. No.119 of 2014 was ended in conviction and there is nothing survives in this petition.
3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.03.2024 gns 2/4
