Respondents 1 to 3 Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India ,to pleased to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in C.No.R2/850/2019 dated 07-11-2019 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the remaining physical measurement test, Physical endurance test and physical efficiency test relating to the common recruitment for the post of Grade II Police Constable, Jail Warden, Fire Men 2019.

this Court made the following order:
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner possess 170 CM height, the petitioner is granted liberty to appear at A.R.Ground, Madurai, at 10.30 A.M., on 11.12.2019 and on such appearance, the third respondent herein shall re-measure the petitioner's height and produce the report before this Court on 19.12.2019.
