O R D E R

The Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body or person of the detenue, petitioner's son Hariharavarman, S/o. Lakshmanan, aged about 5 years and hand over him custody to the petitioner.

2. The young child of the petitioner, the petitioner and the third respondent had been produced in Court. The petitioner and the third respondent got married on 23.08.2018 and a male child was born on 19.10.2019. It is stated that the child was under the custody of the petitioner but the third respondent had forcibly taken the child away.

3. Now the child has been handed over to the custody of the petitioner. We had discussion with the petitioner, third respondent and the child. We hope that the petitioner and the third respondent would re-unite in the welfare and interest of the child.

4. No further order is required. The Habeus Corpus Petition stands closed.
