No.18173 of 2019:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to issue order of direction, directing the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, Sivagangai Dt. to Expedite the Trial in Spl. S.C.No. 15/2018 tried for the offences U/s.5(n) 6 of Protection of Children from sexual Offences Act and 506(i) of IPC @ 447, 5(n)& 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, 506(i), 352 of IPC and pronounce the verdict within stipulated time, an framed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under the POCSO Act 2012, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No. 365, dated 02.07.2020 and none apperance of both the parties this court made the following order:- By order dated 05.12.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Special Sessions Case in Spl.S.C.No.15/2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.365/2020, dated 02.07.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 05.12.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 05.12.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
