This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the Sub Judge, Pattukkottai, 1/3

in IA.No. 434 of 2022 in OS No. 281 of 2015 and allow the revision petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 26/11/2024 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai vide Letter in D.No.535/2025 dated:27.06.2025, this Court made the following order: By order dated 26.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.281of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.535/2025, dated 27.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 26.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 26.11.2024.
