O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to provide and earmark pathway in Natham land in Survey No. 368/1, which leading to the house properties of the petitioners family, situating in Survey No.367/11 A, and 367/8, Valakkani Village, Nagaragudi revenue group, Ilayangudi Taluk, 2/6
Sivagangai and to mutate the revenue records of the above Natham land in Survey No.368/1 by mentioning the existence of pathway based on the petitioner's representations dated 11.09.2023 and 27.09.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representations of the petitioner would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of 3/6
