This Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.52 of 2018 on the file of the first Respondent before the concerned Court within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner in Crime No.52 of 2018 had been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready. The Investigation Officer undertakes to file the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as undertaken by him/her.
