ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has two requests to make. One is for correction of date of birth. The other request is for replacing a damaged passport. The respondent shall hold an enquiry. If the respondent is satisfied that the petitioner's correct date of birth is 11.02.1981, appropriate changes will be made while issuing new passport. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
