This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation in the case in Crime No.5 of 2019 dated 18.06.2019 and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already submitted the charge sheet on 10.07.2019 before the Assistant Public Prosecutor for approval.
